Gorgeous painting. Sounds like you really enjoyed that workshop with the "master". Kitchens are so personal aren't they? But you have nailed some important things with your comments. had to giggle at the oven height/dishwasher issue! Can't think of everything I guess eh?

There are so many things I wish I had known ahead of time when we remodeled the kitchen over 7 years ago now: You can never have too many electrical outlets; all islands should have a sink; no one needs a pot filler faucet by the stove; all pantry shelves should slide out, etc.
