Wow...that IS good customer service. Glad to hear you're feeling better from your melt-down...and wish I lived in your area so that I could help

Kristen is looking for volunteer hours as are some of her friends. I'm sure they'd be able to come down after school for 3 hours. I'll mention it to her - who can she contact to set it up? Tks!

Hi! Sandy sent me. May I pretty-please have a copy of the beauteous herringbone rib scarf? I would love to use it for one of the red scarf project scarves I am knitting. This is my first, but not last visit to your blog - I love it! Hope you find a minute or 2 to visit my little blog at www.prairiegumbo.blogspot.com. I'm computer-challenged, so it's still a work in progress. Thanks a bunch!

Great customer service is something that will influence me to shop there that's for sure. I'm glad they treated you right. Your non-profit employer looks like a worthwhile agency. I hope you find lots of volunteers.

Hi! I just discovered your blog the other day. It was a bit of a happy accident. I had googled something else and ended up here. And then I realized...hey, it's a knitting blog, and she's a local girl. AND an elann shopper.

I am a Vancouver-area knitter too, and an Elann regular. You're right -- their service IS excellent.

Drop by my blog if you get a chance.

I wish I lived just a little closer so I could come out and help. I'm actually good at wrapping gifts and most of mine are done.
Please send me your herringbone scarf. I would love to see it work up in some of my hand-dyed stash.

Hi there
Just found your blog via a comment on Wendy Knits - love your scarf pattern. Please may I have a copy?
Many thanks.

I just discovered Elann.com not too long ago! Good to know there are still some companies out there that truly put customer service first!!!

Hi! I have been reading lots of knitting blogs today! Am newly retired from public school teaching (instrumental music) and always looking for new patterns to try! I would love a copy of your pattern. Thanks and Happy 2007! :) lbquilts
